Suites offer beautiful vistas overlooking tropical gardens, a swimming pool with lush foliage and cascading waterfall, or the sparkling Caribbean Sea, famous for its sunsets. Studio Units sleep 2, One-Bedroom units sleep 4, Two-Bedroom units sleep 6, and Three- and Four-Bedroom units sleep up to 8. All are furnished with rattan furniture and all the modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. In addition to weekly maid service, for an extra fee the maid will come daily. And when Maho Beach calls your name, you're just steps away.
Airport Location
Princess Juliana International - SXM (1 Miles)
Juliana International airport is a half- mile from the resort. From the airport, turn left and follow the road into the town of Maho. The Resort is on the right side of the road. With the airport located this close to the Royal Islander Club, an airport runway is located about 300 yards from the resort. Many guests enjoy the air traffic activity which ceases at 10 p.m.

Air traffic noise can be excessive and heard at the resort. Air traffic ceases at 10pm.
The 1-in-3-year rule is determined by the year of travel. RCI Weeks guests may travel here once every 3 years. Guests can confirm a maximum of 2 units, which must be multiple or consecutive. Rules apply for Royal Islander La Plage #1380 and La Terrasse #4303. The resort is near the airport and air traffic noise can be excessive and heard from the resort through 10 pm.
A rt-PCR-COVID19 test is required in persons traveling from a country classified as high risk, performed within 120 hours prior to departure to St Maarten An application must be completed through the Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) upon receipt of the rt-PCR test result. Other tests such as antibody tests or antigen tests will not be accepted.
Passengers entering the island must fill out the entry form available at stmaartenentry.com. It is also mandatory to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 72 hours prior to arrival (even if in transit to another destination).
