Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 31.00 U.S. dollars, per day, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. As of January 1, 2025, the fee will be $31 per night + tax.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

- From November through May, there is no parking on the shoulder of the road due to snow removal work and no overnight parking in the area.

- If you have accessibility needs, please contact the resort in advance for assistance.
- Pets are not permitted in units or common areas. Emotional support/comfort animals are considered pets and are not permitted. A fee of $250.00 may be charged. Exclusion of pets does not prohibit service animals.
- Please contact the resort 14 days prior to your arrival. If you are arriving after 4pm, it is required that you contact the resort to make arrangements for access to the lock box and the key to your unit.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
