The Club Puerto Calma resort is opposite the beach and marina of Puerto Rico, with views over the gardens. Access to the beach is a short walk via the marina, or you might prefer lounging on the sun deck around the pool. You'll also find a bar, a café and a restaurant onsite, but the bars, restaurants, and nightspots of the town are all within walking distance.
