Overview
Go to the beach for a swim, or enjoy the resort’s on-site swimming and hot tub. Our recreational coordinator will keep you busy with activities such as tie dye t-shirts, sand art creations, karaoke night, various crafts, family game night, and weekly BBQ, just to mention a few. This is where you’ll check in as guests and check out as family. Also available are bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas for a fee. Weather permitting and of course non-refundable.

Unit Info
All rooms have their own private ocean front balconies. Prepare gourmet dinners in your fully equipped kitchens or you can cook at the on-site barbecue grills. Light housekeeping services are provided Monday through Friday. The rooms are supplied with coffee, shampoo, bath soaps, paper products, safes, pool towels, free Wi-Fi, and extra sheets, blankets and pillows.
Airport Location
Daytona Beach, FL - DAB (10 Miles)
The nearest airport is Daytona Beach Regional Airport, about 10 miles away. From the airport, follow International Speedway Blvd East and cross over Broadway Beach Bridge. Continue until you reach A1A (Atlantic Avenue) and turn right. Follow A1A to the resort, which is on the ocean side. Coming from Orlando take I-4 east about 50 miles to I-95 south. Go to exit 256 & follow sign for Daytona Beach Shores. Stay on Dunlawton for about 2 miles, cross over Dunlawton Bridge. Continue until you reach A1A. Go left and proceed about 1.5 miles to the resort which is located on the ocean side.

No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
Other Information
This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Starting September 1, 2023, our front desk is open from 6am-1am. If guests arrive when our office is closed, they can call the front desk so we can give them information on alternate check-in procedures.
Pool will be closed from October 5, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
