Overview
The resort is 5 km from the ski slopes of Ruka. The natural wilderness around the resort makes for good hiking in the summer and is beautiful all year round. Though the studio apartments (sleeping four) are small, they are packed with amenities including a full kitchen and sauna. A car is absolutely necessary.

Kuusamo - KAO (16 Miles)
BY AIR: Kuusamo - 25 km; BY ROAD: From the airport turn left toward Kuusamo and follow the signs for Kemiijarvi and Ruka. Continue until you pass the Ruka Ski Resort and drive for approximately 5 km. Turn right at the sign for Holiday Club Ruka Loma. Continue along this road and the resort is straight ahead.
