- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Due to parking pass requirements in the community where your resort is located, check-in is located off-site at 20 Executive Park Rd, Hilton Head, SC 29928. Check in hours are Saturday from 5pm until 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please call 843-842-6556 and the front desk will be able to provide information for your after-hours check in process. The resort has two floors and no elevator.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
