Wilderness Presidential is a privately owned resort on 621 acres of beautiful Virginia countryside. It is surrounded by historic battlefields, including the Chancellorsville Battlefield, located directly across the street. The property features two lakes, Hazel Grove and Cool Springs, which are ideal for fishing and other freshwater activities. There are also three pools, tennis courts, exercise equipment, a game room, and a playground. This family-oriented resort is nestled in Spotsylvania, Virginia, and boasts stunning forests and waterways. Guests can partake in fun activities such as zip-lining, rock climbing, and weekly organized events. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools and amenities such as ice skating, curling, pickleball, disc golf, and an escape room.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 11.95 USD, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Service Fee of $11.95 per day, up to $62.95 a week.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 89.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Presidential Resort (#1932), Eagle Trace at Massanutten (#2293), Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas (#1645), Eagle Trace at Killy Court (#2650), The Summit at Massanutten (#3640), Woodstone at Massanutten (#5711), Regal Vistas at Massanutten (#C152), Massanutten Mountainside Villas (#0174). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- AFVC members or guests of AFVC members, please be advised that you or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the family of Massanutten Resorts.
- AFVC-restricted resorts are: 1932 Presidential Resort, 2293 Eagle Trace at Massanutten,1645 Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas, 2650 Eagle Trace at Killy Court, 3640 The Summit at Massanutten, 5711 Woodstone at Massanutten, C152 Regal Vistas at Massanutten and 0174 Massanutten Mountainside Villas.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
