Arrive via Highway 71 (from either the East or West) turn onto Riordan Road. TO FIND UNITS NUMBERED 1 TO 15: From Highway 71 (Bella Vista Way) turn onto Riordan Road (located between Dairy Queen and Casey’s Gas Station). Travel 0.9 miles and turn right onto Kingsdale Lane. Drive straight for 0.4 mile. The Greens One guard house will be on your right. TO FIND UNITS NUMBERED 16 TO 40: From Highway 71 (Bella Vista Way) turn onto Riordan Road (located between Dairy Queen and Casey’s Gas Station). Travel 0.7 miles and turn right onto Riordan Lane. USE DIRECTIONS TO FIND UNITS 16 TO 40 TO FIND US AT OUR WELCOME CENTER/OFFICE WHICH IS LOCATED IN UNIT 27.

Front desk staff is available from 8a to 6p except Sunday until 4p. All guests will receive a welcome email prior to arrival which will include the door code for entry. If fees are due, you will receive the Welcome email once fees are paid in full. All fees must be paid in advance of arrival.

Handicapped Entry Requirements: While we do have units with zero entry, most of our units have 1-3 steps to enter. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request and confirm any special needs during your stay. **Resort cannot honor unit moves due to disability without prior notice.

There is a fee of $85.00 USD per stay, based on the length of the reservation, payable in advance. Guest will receive confirmation of payment and welcome information including the door code once the fee is paid.

No Bicycles or Motorcycles in the Unit: We have a covered atrium area in each unit that is available to store your bike or motorcycle. Please do not use guest towels to clean bikes or motorcycles. Replacement towels are charged to the guest at $10 per towel of any size. No trailers, No RV parking, No Boat Parking. Limited Parking onsite, two spaces per unit for vehicles only.
