The Canada House Beach Club in Pompano Beach, Florida is just 11 kms north of Fort Lauderdale, between Miami and Palm Beach. Explore miles of beautiful beaches, lapped by the warm waters of the Gulf Stream. On resort there is a heated pool and outdoor hot tub, as well as a putting green. The resort is just a short drive from South Florida's shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. - This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of Vacation Village Resorts: 0160 Silver Seas and 1504 Canada House Beach Club, DL05 Surside Resort, 4856 Palm Beach Shores Resort. Violations will be canceled. No exceptions.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Owners at Vacation Village Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 0160, 1504, 6057, 7559, 6389, 6923, DJ37, DJ38, 4300, 4856, D567, 4025, 0851, 4940, 5773, DJ50, DD68, DJ36, 3654, and DL05. - Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- Unit types are assigned by RCI. Handicap units must be the same size as the one assigned by RCI. Not all units have balconies. Smoking is not allowed on the property. There may be a $25.00 penalty for lost room keys. Unit size and features assigned will be the unit booked. Same-day reservations are not allowed at this resort.
- Units 1001-1016, 2001-2016, 3001-3005 are across the street from beach, do not have balconies. Resort has right to change unit assignment, will not change unit type or location/view. Upgrades MAY be available for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the resort to check availability. Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Reservations made less than two days prior to check-in must be approved with resort by phone prior to confirming.
