Please note there is NO longer a security guard to give access to the apartment outside of reception hours. Guests need to go to reception the next day to complete check-in, with passports of all the guests occupying the apartment. For emergency response outside of office hours call reception at 00351 967 466 535.

Bookings must be 7, 14, or 21 nights and for the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be canceled.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

For guests arriving outside of reception opening hours, it is necessary to collect the key from the key safe located by the front door of the apartment. A key code is needed to obtain the key. Please notify Resort Solutions by either +44 (0) 1858 431160 or email admin@resort-solutions.co.uk in advance so we can provide the access code.

Front Desk Hours may vary during Summer and Winter period. Resort has a French Channel and a Spanish Channel.
