Other Information
- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Coral Sands Resort North (#C688), Port O'Call (#0995), Island Links Resort (#1473), Coral Reef Resort (#3975), Coral Sands Resort (#6736), Island Links By Coral Resorts (#7630). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- April 1 - Sept 30, the offsite clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30am to 8:00pm from. From Oct 1 - March 31, the hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 7pm & Friday - Sunday from 8:30am to 8:00pm. If arriving outside these hours, call resort at least 3 days before your arrival for late check-in procedure. Please call at least three weeks in advance to discuss special requests.
- Check-in is at the Coral Sands clubhouse at 66 Pope Ave. Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. If you anticipate arriving outside the Clubhouse and front desk hours, please call the resort at (843) 341-5401 at least three (3) days before your arrival to review the late check-in procedure. If you have any special requests, please ask the resort at least three (3) weeks in advance.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- E-bikes are NOT allowed. A car is recommended. Parking spaces are limited to two spaces per unit. For bike rentals, please call Wheelz at (843) 842-4445 three days before arrival to make your reservation.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- The property does have an elevator onsite for the units in the mid-rise buildings, but there are 7-9 stairs to access the elevator. All 3 bedroom cottage units will have stairs.
