- For payment, contact the Reservations Department at 669-913-5500. RCI guests arriving late or staying fewer than 7 nights MUST notify the resort prior to the scheduled arrival date, or the reservation will be cancelled. A Guest Certificate is required if the RCI member is not traveling.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Inn owners CANNOT confirm their ownership with RCI. Violations will be cancelled. Members who own timeshares in Mazatlán cannot exchange to another resort in Mazatlán, including the exchange of deposited weeks or extra vacations.
