Overview
Ocean Time is located in the northern end of Ocean City (where there's less traffic), just a block from the beach and a few blocks from the Delaware border. The resort is in the heart of a water sports paradise with sailing and water skiing in the bays and windsurfing and fishing in the Atlantic Ocean. The golden sunshine, sandy beach and roaring ocean, as well as the sights, smells, tastes, sounds and thrills of the Boardwalk, define Ocean City and give it character. While summer is the main season for vacationers, travelers who prefer a quieter time of rest and relaxation can visit any time of the year. Service animals are permitted; however, they must be certified and require a mandatory cleaning fee be paid upon arrival. The fee is $125 cash or check; $130 via credit/debit card. There is no onsite pool. Resort hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am to 5pm; Friday: 9am-9pm; Saturday: 9am-1pm; and closed on Sunday.

All units at Ocean Time contain two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and sleep six. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, approximately 1000 sq. ft. You can view the Atlantic Ocean from the privacy of your balcony. The full-service kitchen makes it convenient to prepare light means or warm up the generous portions you couldn't quite finish at dinner. Off-street parking is available in a lot at the rear of the building. Free WiFi is available.

The nearest major airport is located in Salisbury, about 30 miles away. From the airport, take Walston Switch Road to Route 50. Go east on Route 50 and east on Route 90 into Ocean City. Turn left on Coastal Highway. Go to 12505 Coastal Highway, Suite 11, Paradise Properties office. The office is located in the back of the DELMARVA BANK building. For questions or directions to the resort, call Paradise Properties at 410/250-1111. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Office hours Monday thru Thursday: 9am-5pm; Friday: 9am-9pm; Saturday: 9am-1pm; and closed on Sunday. Late arrivals should call: 410-250-1111.

Check in Location; 12505 Coastal Highway, #11, Ocean City, MD, 21842 - From April 1 - October 31, Ocean Time guests will have access to the indoor swimming pool at The Waves - located adjacent to Ocean Time. The Waves address is 13500 Coastal Highway.
Damage deposit is required at check in: Any damage not reported within 24 hours of check in will be charged to credit card.
