Situated close to The Hub of Aviemore, Scandinavian Village has all conveniences of the village within a 10-minute walk, including pubs, restaurants, a grocery store, and even the town's train station. The resort's villas can accommodate up to six people and the apartments and Cairngorm Suite can accommodate up to four people, with great views of the Cairngorms National Park. Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, and ice climbing are close by, and hiking and golf are popular in the summer.

The resort's spacious, well kept units are furnished in the modern Scandinavian style, with clean, blond wood tables, chairs, and accents. Each unit has a large-screen TV with cable connection and DVD player. In-suite Internet connection is also included. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator and freezer, a dish washer, a microwave, cutlery, and tableware. Each unit has a private bathroom with shower stall.

BY AIR: Nearest airport Inverness: 41 M. BY ROAD: Aviemore lies just off the A9, 30 miles Sth of Inverness and 85 miles Nth of Perth. Follow signs for Aviemore. If approaching from Sth, once in Aviemore trn lft just before the traffice lights opposite Aviemore Railway Stn, follow the ring road half way round and you will find Scandinavian Village on the lft just after the Aviemore Highlands Hotel. If arriving from the Nth once in Aviemore trn right at the traffic lights beside Aviemore Rail- way Stn. and continue as above. BY TRAIN: Aviemore Railway Stn is on the main London to Inverness route with intercity links from Kings-Cross London, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
All units are accessed by a key box beside their front door. To access guests will need to provide resort with a mobile number, which they will text a 4 digit code to. There is no access to Reception or the communal lounge . They are available to contact by telephone.No access to the site before 5PM on a Saturday.
Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and a Saturday arrival. Incorrect bookings will be canceled. During the Festive Season, check-in is always on the 23rd of December.
Asking for extra amenities would require a fee.
Electricity charges apply. Meter readings are taken digitally at the beginning and end of the stay. Guests will be sent a bill at the end of their stay with a link to make payment online or pay over the phone.
Animals are permitted. Guests must contact the resort prior to check-in for restrictions. Please be aware only 2 pets are allowed at the resort per unit with a charge of £35 GBP per pet. This is payable at the end of your stay with the electricity charges.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Pool will be closed starting August 30, 2016.
