Overview
After a day of exploring many adventures and wonders of Cape Cod, treat yourself to a refreshing swim in the resort's heated outdoor pool. You can also have a picnic on the lush green lawn, enjoy some quiet time on the sundeck with a book from the lending library, or simply relax in the clubhouse sauna. The resort also boasts a range of activities, including basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, and two illuminated tennis courts. Kids can have fun at the playground and their clubhouse, filled with books, puzzles, games, and crafts. At the Briarwood Resort, everything is designed to make you feel at home. It's important to note that there is no Wi-Fi in any of the units. The check-in hours are from 4pm to 5pm Sunday through Friday, and from 4pm to 8pm on Saturdays.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory Utility surcharge is 50.00 U.S. dollars, per week, per room, . Cash or Credit is accepted. One time payment, due at check-in.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory Security deposit fee is 125.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 150.00 U.S. dollars for all units, Mid week Clean. Cash or Credit is accepted. Points reservations will be charged a housekeeping fee.

- Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Please check with resort for smoking policy.
- Minimum age check-in is 21.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- All units on property do NOT have WiFi/Internet.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort Office is open Monday-Friday and Sunday 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 9pm.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not developed for handicapped or special needs individuals. Resort is not handicap accessible. No first floor units. Stairs to all units.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Resort office is open till 8pm on Saturdays only.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- This resort does not offer daily maid service.
