- Service fee is 53.50 to 160.50 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is paid per booking for 1-7 nights at $53.50, 8-14 nights at $107, and 9-21 nights at $160.50

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Coral Sands Resort North (#C688), Port O'Call (#0995), Island Links Resort (#1473), Coral Reef Resort (#3975), Coral Sands Resort (#6736), Island Links By Coral Resorts (#7630). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Armed Forces Vacation Club guests can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Hot tub/Pool will be closed from April 24, 2025 to May 12, 2025.
- One-bedroom units maximum 4 privacy 2 do NOT have balconies.
- Parking spaces are limited to two per unit.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The check-in location is at Coral Sands Clubhouse, 66 Pope Ave., Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
- The children's pool and hot tub at Coral Sands North will be closed from April 28 - May 12, 2025. Guests will have access to the main pool at Coral Sands North. Guests will also have access to the pool and hot tub at Coral Sands.
- The clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30am - 8:00pm. If you anticipate arriving outside the Clubhouse and front desk hours, please call the resort at (843) 341-5401 a minimum of three (3) days prior to your arrival to review the late check-in procedure. Please call the resort three (3) weeks in advance for any special requests.
