- A dirt-bike track is some distance from the resort, and occasional sounds can be heard but they are not imposing.

- Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.

- On Labor Day weekend a large dirt-bike rally is held nearby. Please be aware of increased traffic.

- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
