Overview
The Carpediem Assisi Living Club is beautifully designed and maintained. The rooms are modern and spacious with many of the conveniences of home and range from one-bedroom apartments that sleep three, to two-bedroom units that sleep six. There is an outdoor pool, tennis and a sauna. Hiking and walking are the preferred modes of local transportation for most guests, and car rental is readily available for excursions beyond the mountains. Horseback riding is also available one kilometre from the resort.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory club card fee is 50.00 to 70 Euros, per week, per room, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory club card cost applies year-round (not only from June to September).
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 150 Euros . Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory tourist tax per person per day fee is 2.00 Euros for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is applicable for the first three nights only. Children under 12 years old are free.

Reception hours from April through September are Monday through Friday 8 am to 9 pm, Saturday 8 am to 10 pm, and Sunday 8 am to 1 pm, and 4 pm to 8 pm. Normal check-in day is Saturday, and check-in is not allowed after 10 pm.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Resort refurbishment work is scheduled through December 2025.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- Unit numbers with an asterisk (*) are mansards, meaning the ceilings are low and inclined. The air-conditioning is not working in units 7/A* ,7/B* ,7/C1,7/D1,7/C,7/D,10/44,10/45*,10/46*, and heating is available starting October 15 annually.
- Wifi only available at reception. Swimming caps are needed to use the swimming pool.
