- Service fee is 53.50 to 160.50 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is paid per booking for 1-7 nights at $53.50, 8-14 nights at $107, and 9-21 nights at $160.50.

- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 70.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, weekly. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping Fees applied to any Points stays that are 4 nights or less.

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Coral Sands Resort North (#C688), Port O'Call (#0995), Island Links Resort (#1473), Coral Reef Resort (#3975), Coral Sands Resort (#6736), Island Links By Coral Resorts (#7630). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Check-in is at the Coral Sands clubhouse at 66 Pope Ave. Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The offsite clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- E-bikes are NOT allowed.
- If you anticipate arriving outside the Clubhouse and front desk hours, please call the resort at (843) 341-5401 a minimum of three (3) days prior to your arrival to review the late check-in procedure. Please call the resort three (3) weeks in advance for any special requests.
- Parking spaces are limited to two spaces per unit. For bike rentals, please call Wheelz at (843) 842-4445 three days before arrival to make your reservation.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
